December 2017

Saturday 9th Des Roberts(195) became the latest Lound Life List Club Member to add the Hawfinch around Lound Village.

Friday 8th. Tony Tomlinson(210) was the latest Lound Bird Club Member to add the Hawfinch around Lound Village.

Thursday 7th Andy Shooter(207) added the Hawfinch around Lound Village.

Monday 4th. Ken Wilson(192) added the Hawfinch around Horse Paddocks.

Sunday 3rd. Ian Hunt(202), Phil Cadman(208), Pete Freeman(212) and Pete Cottam(210) all added the Hawfinch that were recorded in and around Lound Village.

November 2017

Sunday 19th. Stuart Davenport(226) and Phil Cadman(207) added the Bearded Reedlings that were recorded feeding in the Phragmites opposite the 'Viewing Screen' on 'Chainbridge Scrape (E)'.

Friday 17th Tony Tomlinson(209) added the Bearded Reedling's that were noted on 'Neatholme Pit'.

Tuesday 7th. Daz Housman(204) added two Hawfinch that flew over 'Neatholme Lane' between the 'Water Ski Pit' and 'Neatholme Fen'.

October 2017

Sunday 22nd. Ian Hunt(201) added the single Winter Plumaged Black-legged Kittiwake found by Dave and Sue Came on 'Bellmoor Lake'.

Friday 20th. Paul Hobson(231) added 12 Hawfinch that flew West over the 'Bellmoor Lake' 'Viewing Screen'.

July 2017

Wednesday 12th. There was a single adult Summer plumaged male Red-backed Shrike that was observed late afternoon by a visiting birder in the Willows, it was re-located still in the same area around 19:30 by Ian Cowgill(218), Tony Tomlinson(208) and Pete Cottam(209) unfortunately, the bird went missing again until it was once again re-located around 21:00 again in the same area, by Ian Hunt(200), who joined the Lound 200 Club, Pete Freeman(211) and Phil Cadman(206).

 

April 2017

Saturday 22nd Andy Shooter(206) moved clear into tenth place when adding a single Red Kite that was observed in flight over 'Bellmoor Lake'.

March 2017

Friday 31st Pete Freeman(210) added the single Sandwich Tern on 'Neatholme Fen'.

Thursday 30th Daz Housman(203) added a single Rock Pipit on 'Clayworth Common'.

Tuesday 7th Gary Hobson(233) added the Bohemian Waxwing that were in observed in flight towards Lound Village.
