November 2017 Year Competition

In accordance with the LBC directive on the publication of potential sensitive breeding Species, any sensitive Species recorded by Competition members will be added to their Total, but will not appear in the Report. They can be viewed on the Members Page though.

November was notable for the three Bearded Reedlings that visited 'Neatholme Pit' and 'Chainbridge Scrape (E)'. there were small numbers of Caspian Gull's and two Hawfinch that were also recorded.

The Competition group member's total of 167 different Species recorded up to Sunday, 03 December 2017, is 9 Species behind the Group Total record of 176 Species that were recorded to the end of December in 2013.

The individual record total recorded to the end of November stands at 170 species, which was achieved by Ian Cowgill in 2011. Daz requires another 9 Species to equal the record.
